This Privacy Policy explains how ABA Compliance Solutions, LLC ("ABA Compliance Solutions", "we") collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit abacompliancewares.com, request information, or subscribe to our compliance software for ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) clinics and providers. ABA Compliance Solutions provides software that helps ABA clinics and therapy providers organize and review clinical documentation, track authorizations and credentials, and prepare for payer and regulatory audits. Our customers are businesses and professionals, not individual patients.

Information we collect

Information you give us: name, work e-mail, phone, clinic or organization name, job role, and billing address when you request a demo, contact us, create an account or subscribe.

Information collected automatically: device, browser, IP address, pages visited, referring ads, and cookies and similar technologies.

Information from payment processors: confirmation of payment and limited billing details. We do not store full card numbers.

Clinical data inside the platform

Session notes, treatment plans, authorizations and other records that clinics upload to the platform ("Customer Data") may include client health information. We process Customer Data only on behalf of the subscribing clinic, under its service agreement with us, to provide the software.

Customer Data is never used for advertising, never sent to advertising platforms, and never sold. Clients of a clinic who want to access or correct their records should contact that clinic directly.

How we use website and account information

To create and manage accounts, provide and support the service, process subscription payments, answer requests, send transactional and service messages (such as billing notices and renewal reminders), improve the website and product, and prevent fraud and abuse.

With your consent where required by law, we also use this information to send marketing e-mails and to measure and personalize our advertising.

Cookies, pixels and advertising

Google: we use Google Analytics to understand website traffic and Google Ads cookies, including remarketing, to measure ad performance and show our ads to people who visited our site.

Meta: we use the Meta Pixel and the Meta Conversions API to measure visits and conversions from Facebook and Instagram ads. Only website events (such as page views, demo requests or sign-ups) and limited technical or hashed contact identifiers are sent. NO health data, clinical data or information about any personal condition is ever sent to Meta.

TikTok: we use the TikTok Pixel to measure visits and conversions from TikTok ads.

Native ad networks: when you arrive from ads on Taboola, Outbrain or NewsBreak, those networks may set cookies or use similar tags to measure clicks and conversions.

We do not send health information to any advertising platform. You can manage or block cookies in your browser and opt out of interest-based ads in each platform's ad settings (Google Ad Settings, Meta Ad Preferences, TikTok ad settings, and the opt-out pages of Taboola, Outbrain and NewsBreak).

Sharing

We share information only with providers that help us operate (hosting, payments, e-mail, customer support, analytics and advertising measurement as described above), when required by law, or in connection with a merger, acquisition or other business transfer.

We do not sell your personal information.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including California and other U.S. states), you may request access, correction, deletion and portability of your personal information, and opt out of targeted advertising. Write to [email protected].

We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

Retention and security

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and protect it with reasonable technical and organizational measures. Customer Data is retained according to the subscribing clinic's agreement and instructions.

Children

Our website and subscriptions are intended for businesses and adults 18 and older. The website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information through the website.
