Refund Policy

We want your clinic to be satisfied with ABA Compliance Solutions. Because we sell a digital subscription, there is nothing to physically return; this policy explains when and how you can request a refund. Effective date: 2026-10-23.

Refund period

You may request a refund within 30 days of purchase.

How to request

E-mail [email protected] with your order number and the e-mail used on the account. You can also call +14258704430. We answer within 2 business days.

How you are refunded

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval; card statements may take one or two billing cycles to show it.

Cancellation versus refund

Canceling your subscription stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period. Cancellation alone does not refund past charges — to request a refund, follow the steps above within the refund period.

Returns and exchanges

ABA Compliance Solutions is delivered online only, so there are no physical returns or exchanges. If you want a different plan, contact us and we will explain the options available for your account.

Exceptions

Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned, except in case of defect.
