These Terms govern your use of abacompliancewares.com and your subscription to the ABA Compliance Solutions software offered by ABA Compliance Solutions, LLC ("ABA Compliance Solutions"). By using the website or subscribing, you agree to them. Effective date: 2026-10-23.

The service and eligibility
ABA Compliance Solutions is a software-as-a-service platform that helps ABA clinics and providers organize and review clinical documentation, track authorizations and credentials, and prepare for audits. It is a support tool: your clinic remains responsible for its clinical decisions, documentation, billing and regulatory compliance.
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act for your clinic or organization to subscribe.
Prices and payment
The full price of each plan, including the billing interval and any taxes or charges, is shown on our pricing page and at checkout before you pay, in the local currency displayed there. No hidden fees are added after checkout.
An order is confirmed when payment is approved. We may cancel orders with pricing errors or suspected fraud and refund any amount paid.
Subscriptions, automatic renewal and cancellation
Subscriptions are recurring charges. Your plan renews automatically at the price and billing interval shown before purchase, and is charged to your payment method on file until you cancel.
Where required by law, we send a reminder to your account e-mail before a renewal is charged. If we ever change the price of your plan, we will notify you in advance and the new price will apply only from the next renewal.
You can cancel at any time from your account area or by contacting our support. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the period already paid.
Refunds
Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy, which explains the refund period and how to request one.
Your account and your data
You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for the accuracy of the information your team enters. Your clinic keeps ownership of the Customer Data it uploads; we use it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Intellectual property
The software, website content, templates and materials belong to ABA Compliance Solutions or its licensors and may not be copied, resold or reverse-engineered without permission.
No guarantee of results
Results depend on factors specific to each clinic, such as documentation practices, payer rules and staff processes. We do not promise that you will pass an audit, avoid claim denials or recoupments, or obtain any specific reimbursement or financial outcome.
Limitation of liability and governing law
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
